About me professionally
I am extremely passionate about Video collaboration technology and recently completed 23 years of service at Visavvi. Over this time I have gained a huge amount of experience in visual communications and the wider AV industry.
At Visavvi I head up the specialist Collaboration team. This consists of managing a team of both technical and sales-focused specialists. My team and I are focused on working closely with clients to understand their communication and collaboration challenges, using our industry experience and extensive solution knowledge we navigate them through the complex and fast-moving world of collaboration.
I am also product manager for Visavvi’s Communication and Collaboration portfolio and work very closely with manufacturers such as Microsoft, Poly, Cisco, Logitech to ensure our clients have access to the latest solutions. During this time I have built up extensive relationships with senior leaders within these businesses.
I am very client focused and always place the clients at the centre of any communication strategy and solution recommendation. I excel at communication across a wide range of client levels and am equally comfortable discussing commercial or technical points with clients. I particularly enjoy conveying often technically complex solutions to none technical clients
About me personally
As a father of two active young boys my free time is limited. Outside of spending family time I can be found smashing my golf ball into the rough or looking skywards when flying my drones and model aircraft.
