About me professionally
An audio visual and collaboration service management specialist with over 30 years’ experience of working in professional AV environments.
I’m focused on providing exceptional service support to our clients delivered with exemplary customer service.
I love spending time with our clients to understand what is important to them and to their organisation. I, along with my service team can then provide a tailored approach to support and maintenance services.
I believe in building trust and encouraging people to believe in themselves. I listen actively and help people find out who they really are and what they really want, by providing support, advice and assistance in a way that empowers people to believe in themselves. I believe in creating a great culture that makes people want to come to work.
About me personally
My greatest achievement is becoming a mum to my daughter Grace. We are always on some sort of adventure, crabbing, kite flying, cycling, baking, swimming or just cuddling up on the sofa in front of a good movie.
I love to entertain and if I say so myself am a dab hand in the kitchen cooking and baking. I also really enjoy cycling around local country lanes or off-road on my mountain bike.
After all that if I do get any free time I like nothing more than getting lost deep inside a good book.
