With a global presence spanning over 30 countries, eBay are a multi-billion dollar business. Founded over 20 years ago at the height of the dotcom bubble, the company has grown phenomenally from 1 employee to over 13,300 in 2019.

Visavvi have provided AV and collaboration support services at twenty-three global eBay sites, providing specialist preventative and reactive service support. Over the last six years 146 proactive preventative maintenance visits have been undertaken plus service engineers have attended site to remedy issues 795 times, that’s over 156 visits per year.

Hammersmith Hospital

Part of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Hammersmith Hospital is a major teaching and research facility providing acute and specialist healthcare for a population of nearly two million. The hospital operates across multiple locations with around 10,500 staff and over one and a half million patient contacts per year.

Visavvi are very proud of the long-established relationship with the hospital which has involved providing support to much of the underpinning audio visual technology that the hospital depends on for over twenty-three years. During the term of the contract, Visavvi has provided two annual proactive preventative maintenance visits, whereby our team of engineers provides the hospital with front line support for their extensive audio visual estate. Visavvi has undertaken over two hundred reactive call outs, each time achieving on or above target.

Hewlett Packard

There are not many service contracts as expansive as Visavvi’s contract with Hewlett Packard to provide proactive and reactive maintenance to over 40 different MOD locations across the UK, Cyprus and Germany.

For the past seven years, the contract has required the Visavvi team to support over 25,000 devices in total. During the contract, Visavvi has carried out over 4,300 engineer visits comprising a 1,000 preventative service visits and in excess of 3,000 reactive problem solving visits. Where equipment occasionally needs to be returned, we ensure clients are provided with loan equipment which critically means they remain operational. We have provided over 400 onsite loan items during the course of the contract.

When we have a problem, we simply call or email the dedicated helpdesk who immediately assess if it’s something that can be resolved over the phone or via a remote log-in so we can get the room up and running asap.

Motability is the national charity providing finance, administration and maintenance of the government’s scheme to improve the day to day lives of 650,000 people helping them achieve greater independence through access to affordable worry-free mobility solutions and services.

Visavvi provides two visits per year to undertake preventative maintenance – key in reducing equipment failure and keeping rooms operational. All work undertaken during the preventative visit is updated onto the Visavvi database and then issued back as an audit report to Motability detailing any future equipment necessary upgrades/purchases to ensure the continued stability of each room. Our engineers carried out thirty-eight visits within the last seven months, thanks to the reliable helpdesk via a bespoke mobile app that allows our engineers to access all necessary information to find a quick resolution.

Visavvi provides everything I need on an annual support contract that protects my investments and ensures high availability of our meeting rooms. They have been able to meet their SLA’s every time, four hours on our boardrooms and eight hours on our standard meeting rooms.
