Supporting clients, your interpersonal skills will be as strong as your technical ones. Proactively maintaining and problem-solving a large and varied estate of audio-visual, communication, and collaboration technologies you will have detailed knowledge of audio, video, and networking technologies.
You will take ownership of planning, managing, and supporting the team of service engineers around you and as the leader of our team, you will help us to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements by being a confident decision-maker.
