Helpdesk Engineer

We are looking for an experienced support engineer. Based in our Farnborough Service centre the role will involve the remote support of both field engineers and clients. From initial triage to supporting engineers on site means that your interpersonal skills will be as strong as your technical ones. Proactively maintaining and problem-solving a large and varied estate of audio-visual, communication, and collaboration technologies, you will have detailed knowledge of audio, video, and networking technologies.

This role will also include the assessment, test and repair of a wide range of devices in the workshop and liaising with manufacturer support.

There will be an occasional requirement to visit customer sites.
