You will be a proactive, mobile, a resourceful problem solver and somebody with excellent AV & IT skills, who takes the initiative and is driven to provide exceptional customer care even in the face of adversity.
Supporting clients remotely using communication and collaboration technology as well as physically attending client locations, your interpersonal skills will be as strong as your technical ones. Troubleshooting and maintaining a large and varied estate of audio-visual systems, you will have detailed knowledge of a wide range of audio, video, control and collaboration technologies such as Crestron, QSC, Extron, Poly and Cisco.
Working alongside other colleagues you will help us to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements. To supplement your excellent technical skills, you will have strong written and verbal communications coupled with an essential understanding of health and safety.
As a key member of our service team, you will be confident making decisions on the ground to help clients, knowing you have the backup of the wider Visavvi team to support you.
