During her 27 year career as part of the Saville Group, Ann has completely transformed the service and maintenance business, earning her the title “Queen of Service” from her peers and an enviable list of loyal clients.

Commenting on the award, Ann said “Since my first day with the Gruop, I always made a point of delivering impeccable service to more than 3,000 customers – some of whom have been with me since I first started. Whether clients are spending £50, £50,000 or are covered by a warranty, I will always serve my customers with flawless service because I am passionate about going that extra mile. Aside from always looking at ways to improve our service, I am always looking for new methods of combining delivery with value. 

Trust and honesty

“One of my strengths is that I have a deep and hard-earned understanding of what a customer really wants and needs and am able to use my creativity to create bespoke, appropriate offerings for each individual customer. I pride myself in always being honest (perhaps too honest at times!) and have to find, train, develop and bring the very best out of the great service engineers within our team.

“The proof, as they say, is in the pudding, as we have not received a single customer complaint in the last five years. In fact, it’s quite the opposite as the team receives constant praise on a weekly basis, making the Visavvi Service department the most successful aspect of the business. Over the past 17 years since the department became ISO 9001 accredited, we have never had a non-conformity and our Health & Safety record is impeccable.”
