The project encompassed the creation of seven meeting rooms, a reception area plus informal huddle meeting spaces in a refreshment bar. Delivering a superlative experience from the moment of arrival meant that the technology solutions had to excel on all fronts, in quality, user experience and of course, reliability. The meeting rooms needed to be intuitive to use, allowing clients to seamlessly display content from any device. And, as with any modern meeting environment, they needed to cater for high quality video conferencing and collaboration via any of the virtual meeting platforms.
Welcoming clients, the reception area had to immediately impress, reflecting the venue’s position as a premier London business location. The main meeting area accommodates social meeting spaces, two video call enabled meeting rooms and a gallery of private huddle areas complete with large format screens.
